All US packages are processed and shipped by the US Post Office (USPS). The status of your delivery can be seen on either 17track.net or USPS.com web sites.
Since post office takes 12-36 hours to publish the very first status update, a “not found” message might be displayed during the initial period.
Please note: There are no updates between "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" and "ISC (USPS), Processed Through Facility". This is because during that timeframe, your package is either on the airplane or being reviewed by the customs.
This is a normal procedure and there is nothing you should worry about. If the status is shown as “Delivered” but you have not yet received yet, please double check your mailbox and ask your family members / neighbor’s to see if they have picked the package for you. In case the package is still not found, please contact the local post office (with your tracking number) to get more details about the package.
