Order Returns and Exchanges
1a. Can I Exchange My Hair Order?
Absolutely! If you have bought a wrong color or texture does not exactly match your style, please reach us with your order number and we will do the rest.
Please note: hair extensions are a hygienic product; therefore only unopened packages can be exchanged. This is due to both the law and our customers’ health safety that we take very seriously. Don’t worry though, since our orders ship with a transparent package, you can easily tell whether the hair is right for you without unwrapping your order!
If you are a hair salon owner, we strongly suggest buying a hair color ring first.
1b. How Do I Exchange My Order?
- Contact us with your order number and a photo of the hair that you have received.
- Let us know what color you would like to receive instead.
- Depending on your state and region, we will send the nearest return address with further instructions.
- There are no restocking fees from our end. However, shipping fees are paid by the customer. The range is usually around $10 to $30, depending on your region. Also, it’s highly recommended to ship with a tracking number, just so your package does not get lost! We will not be able to exchange your extensions if the package has not reached AiryHair headquarters.
AiryHair will cover all the shipping costs if the item you have received is incorrect.
2. Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We do our best to ship hair extensions immediately. Therefore, customers must cancel or edit their order within a 12-hour window. Otherwise, your order might have already been shipped to a warehouse or production facility.
On a positive note, we can still rush and stop the package before it’s shipped to you. Due to thrown away materials (if it’s an order with “ships in 6 days”), forced package stops and other costs, orders that are cancelled / changed after a 12-hour period will be charged with a 30% fee.
3a. What’s Your Return and Refund Policy?
We are proud to offer one of the longest return windows of any company! You can return unopened hair extensions within a 30-day window. Counting from the day hair was delivered to you. Hair wigs and other accessories are non-refundable.
